At the end of 2016, I worked with a new production company to deliver a targeted social media campaign to compliment traditional PR and Marketing activities for a Christmas production of Cinderella at Chiswick House.
Creating a Targeted Social Media Campaign
As with all new business it can be tough to build a following on social media from the outset. For this project I focused efforts on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, creating a balance of paid and organic content to promote the event and the company’s accounts. With a project this ambitious it is important to prioritise and target potential customers and advocates in different ways. Therefore, I developed a strategy that explored the audience types on each platform and created content specific for them, regularly reviewing progress and adapting content types in response.
